He was born in Belgrade, Sebia and is an associate member of Royal Society of British Sculptors

I regard my sculptures and drawings as materialization of the densest parts of the field of my experience. They start on an unknown level of the unconscious. Forcing their way upward, they mature into drive for physical realisation. The space within which this process develops is a mixture of positive and negative, passive and active media of energy. I feel the time in which I live as oversaturated, labile, explosive stratum of this space; sculptures and drawings edge themselves through it, struggling, sometimes bouncing back, on their way towards a new, more synchronized stratum.

"...From very coarse and rough material; welded iron, [he] creates delicate, almost fragile forms which contain all the feminine characteristics of the 'Yin' principle. His sculptures, constructed from the 'strong, masculine, active', are perceived as 'feminine, weak, passive'. The artist has managed to merge these two seemingly contrasting principles, and to present them in their unbreakable union..."
Aleksandra Dabizic from Likovni Zivot (Art Life Magazine) October 1989
